TEK.day Gdańsk 2025 will take place in Hall A of the AmberExpo building, located next to the Gdańsk stadium. Use the entrance on the ground floor, where you will find our reception and collect your ID.
The ground floor is used for exhibitor stands and a catering zone. Lectures will be held on the first floor, in the AmberExpo conference centre, directly next to Hall A.
Our staff will be waiting for you at the reception to answer all your questions. You will also receive a trade fair brochure with a list of exhibitors and the location of their stands, as well as the location of lectures and catering zones.
TEK.day will take place on September 11, 2025.
We invite all visitors from 8:00 a.m., at which time we open the trade fair.
The first lecture starts at 8:30 a.m., the last lecture will end around 3:15 p.m.
At 15.30 we will draw lots among visitors.
The trade fair will be open until 4:00 p.m..
No, you can join us at any time and you can leave the meeting at any time convenient for you.
There is not obligatory, but we kindly ask you to book in advance. Each meeting participant must have an ID and if you register in advance, it will be waiting for you at the reception. If you do not register in advance, our volunteers will do it on-site, but it will take a few extra minutes
If you have previously registered for TEK.day, but you will not be able to participate, we have an important request: please let us know by e-mail to info@tek.info.pl.
You are our guest! Coffee service will be at your disposal from the morning. From 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. lunch will be served at the main hall in catering area. You can eat your lunchbox in the catering area.
Each visitor will receive a trade fair guide at the reception, where they will find a plan with the arrangement of stands and a list of exhibitors, as well as a plan on how to get to lectures, the catering zone and other attractions.
Due to the organization of the TRAKO 2025 trade fair, we have parking available: part P6 and P3. Price: PLN 7 / hour.
