TEK.day Gdańsk 2024 will be held at the AmberExpo conference center, located next to the Gdańsk stadium. Use the entrance on the ground floor, where you will find our reception and collect your ID badge. The first floor is used for exhibitors' stands, lectures and a zone where you can enjoy a free lunch. Our staff is waiting for you at the reception to answer all your questions. You will also receive a trade fair guide with a list of exhibitors and the location of their stands, as well as the location of lectures and catering zones.

TEK.day will take place on September 26, 2024. We invite all visitors from 8:00 a.m., at which time we open the fair part. The first lecture starts at 8.45 a.m., the last lecture will end around 3 p.m. The fair part will be open until 4 p.m.

No, you can join us at any time and you can leave the meeting at any time convenient for you.

There is no such absolute obligation, but we kindly ask you to book in advance. Each meeting participant must have an ID and if you register in advance, they will be waiting for you at the reception. If you do not register in advance, our volunteers will do it on-site, but it will take a few extra minutes

If you have previously registered for TEK.day, but you will not be able to participate, we have an important request: please let us know by e-mail to info@tek.info.pl.

Why, you are our guest! Coffee service will be at your disposal from the morning. From 11:00 lunchboxes will be handed out in the AmberSide restaurant on the left. Microwaves will be available in the restaurant for people who want to heat food. You can eat your lunchbox in the catering area.

Each visitor will receive a trade fair guide at the reception, where they will find a plan with the arrangement of stands and a list of exhibitors, as well as a plan on how to get to lectures, the catering zone and other attractions.
