TEK.day Gdańsk 2026 will take place in Hall C of the AmberExpo building (entrance on the ground floor of the building at 11 Żaglowa Street), located next to the Gdańsk stadium.
Admission to the fair is completely FREE - all you need to do is register using the form. You will receive your QR code from our email: news@tekday.pl (check your spam folder), which please present upon registration.
Hall C will be used for exhibitor stands, a lecture area, and a catering area.
The Partners, Military, and Naval Technology areas will be located in the hall foyer near the reception.
Our staff will be waiting for you at the reception to answer all your questions. You will also receive a trade fair brochure with a list of exhibitors and their booth locations, as well as the locations of lectures and catering areas.
No, you can join us at any time, and you can leave at your convenience. Please check the schedule to take advantage of all the activities.
Admission is free for industry professionals. Simply register before the event (a QR code will be sent via email). You'll receive your badge at the reception desk, without having to wait in line. If you don't register in advance, you can complete it on-site (this will take some time).
Online registration speeds up entry and guarantees a printed badge for collection.
If you have previously registered for TEK.day, but you will not be able to participate, we have an important request: please let us know by e-mail to info@tek.info.pl.
You are our guest! Coffee service will be at your disposal from the morning. From 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. lunch will be served at the main hall in catering area. You can eat your lunchbox in the catering area.
Each visitor will receive a trade fair guide at the reception, where they will find a plan with the arrangement of stands and a list of exhibitors, as well as a plan on how to get to lectures, the catering zone and other attractions.
Parking for participants is right next to Amber EXPO. Price: PLN 7 / hour.
